Reports
The Reports module provides access to EOD reports generated by the report-engine and distributed by the report-distributor.
8.1 Report Catalogue
Section titled “8.1 Report Catalogue”The Catalogue page lists all available reports, filtered by desk, entity, and business date. Each row shows: report name, desk, entity, business date, generation timestamp, version, and seal hash (for tamper-evident audit).
Click a report to open it.
8.2 Report Viewer
Section titled “8.2 Report Viewer”The viewer renders the 16-section EOD report in a structured layout. Sections include: position summary, P&L attribution, Greeks summary, cash positions, settlement pending, regulatory metrics, and more. Each section can be expanded or collapsed.
Download: use the Download buttons to export the report as XLSX (detailed) or PDF (formatted one-pager).
8.3 Report Corrections
Section titled “8.3 Report Corrections”Power and Admin users can submit corrections to individual report cells. Click a cell in the viewer to open the Edit Cell dialog. Enter the corrected value and a reason. The correction is recorded in the audit trail with your user ID and timestamp. A new report version is generated; the edit count on the catalogue row increments.
8.4 Report Locking
Section titled “8.4 Report Locking”Admin users can lock a report for a given desk and business date from the Settings page. A locked report cannot be edited further. The lock status and timestamp appear on the catalogue row.
